1. Qatar Airways Winner Affidavit of Eligibility - Share & Win contest
2. Scanned passport copy
3. The destination you want to fly to (dates are not required at this stage). As stated on the Terms and Conditions, the departure airport will be the one you selected when you subscribed to the newsletter.
