Weight concept - If placing electronic device(s) larger than the dimensions [16cm x 9.3cm x 1.5cm] in the checked-in baggage will result in the checked in baggage exceeding the free baggage allowance, then customers must not be charged the excess weight for the device(s). The 32kgs limit must be respected.
Piece concept – Economy class Customers – In case economy class passengers (FBA 2/23kgs) cannot fit the larger electronic device in any of the two pieces of baggage (due to e.g. baggage being fully packed) then they must not be allowed to check in the electronic device (in a case/box) as a third piece for free - therefore they must be charged for the extra piece.
Piece concept – Premium Customers – In case premium passengers (FBA 2/32kgs) cannot fit the larger electronic device in any of the two pieces of baggage (due to e.g. baggage being fully packed) and they wish to check the electronic device (in a box/case) as a third piece of baggage then they must be allowed to do so without being charged for the extra piece.
