What do I do if my membership card is lost or stolen?

Simply login to your membership account at qmiles.com or mobile application using your membership number and password. From your dashboard menu go to the section called "Your Membership Cards" and click on “Show my cards”. You will be presented with a screen where you can request for a replacement.
