How do I collect my award ticket when requested through phone, email or fax?


Our Member Service Centre will contact you by phone or e-mail within 72 hours of receiving your request. If the booking is confirmed, you will be provided with a reference number. Your award ticket must be collected before the specified ticket time limit from any local Qatar Airways ticketing office by quoting your reference number and paying the applicable taxes.

Should the requested flights be unavailable, our Member Service Centre will provide alternative dates for you to choose from.
