Can I redeem my Qmiles even if I don’t have my membership card with me?

No, in order to protect your membership account, we require you to provide your membership card.
If you do not have one, login to your membership account at qmiles.com or mobile application using your membership number and password and from your dashboard go to the section called "Your Membership Cards" and click on “Show my cards”. You will be presented with a screen where you can request for a replacement.
