How can I confirm that the booking is correctly made when receiving an e-ticket?


Although you do not receive a conventional paper ticket, you will receive a receipt/itinerary confirming your booking, after purchasing your ticket. Please ensure that you verify the booking and passenger details as wrong information may lead to non-acceptance at the time of check-in.

When booking on you will receive an email confirming your booking details. Please ensure to check both, your regular email inbox and your spam filter box, as there may be cases where Qatar Airways emails could land in either inbox.
