How can I confirm that the booking is correctly made when receiving an e-ticket?

Although you do not receive a conventional paper ticket, you will receive a receipt/itinerary confirming your booking, after purchasing your ticket. Please ensure that you verify the booking and passenger details as wrong information may lead to non-acceptance at the time of check-in.
Passenger first and last name on ticket and passport must be the same. Check the itinerary for the flight dates and timings to ensure it is correct.

When booking on qatarairways.com you will receive an email confirming your booking details. Please ensure to check both, your regular email inbox and your spam filter box, as there may be cases where Qatar Airways emails could land in either inbox.

If you have paid by credit card, please check for an email requesting for credit card verification which may be received later on. Please ensure all necessary documentation is provided to verify the credit card payment prior to travel so that the ticket is not cancelled.
