Can I request an advance seat assignment when making my booking?

Yes, you may request a seat assignment in advance. Towards the end of your online booking on the confirmation page. You may also select a seat through the 'Manage a booking' tab on the homepage of our website.

To check your aircraft's configuration and find out more about seat width and pitch, as well as services available on the aircraft, click the link below and navigate to the aircraft's seat map.

Please note that exit row seats cannot be assigned online or over the phone, they can only be requested at the airport at check-in subject to check-in staff approval.

A bassinet seat can only be assigned to a passenger who is traveling with an infant associated under same booking. Other passengers travelling in the same booking must contact our offices to assign seats in the front row subject to availability and approval.
