Why can't I see the option to change my booking ?

Your booking cannot be changed online if:

1. Booking is on-hold status
2. Ticket is checked-in
3. Itinerary includes multi-city bookings and other airlines
4. Negotiated/discounted fare (corporate, travel agents etc.)

If you cannot see the option to change your booking in Manage Booking, unfortunately your reservation cannot be changed online. Please contact the nearest Qatar Airways office to change your booking.
