Why can't I see the option to change my booking ?


If you cannot see the option to change your booking in Manage a Booking, unfortunately your reservation cannot be changed online. Please contact the nearest Qatar Airways office to change your booking.

Common scenarios: 

  1. Booking is on-hold status
  2. Ticket is checked-in
  3. Itinerary is too complex (some multi-city bookings)
  4. Negotiated/discounted fare (corporates, travel agents etc)
