Yes. Note that your refund may or may not include the value of the voucher used.
- If your voucher conditions allow for a refund, you will be issued a refund, in addition to another voucher with the same voucher value once your refund request is processed.
- If your voucher conditions do not allow for a refund, the voucher value will be forfeited once your refund request is processed.
Also note, NO SHOW penalty will be applied if the booking was not cancelled before the no show period
