You will need to provide these documents within the time frame specified in the email to avoid the ticket getting cancelled.
You will either be asked to upload certain documents on the qatarairways.com website on a link we will provide to you or reply to the email with the documents attached or the cardholder will be asked to present documentation at the check-in desk at the airport.
Please reply to the email informing if you will be providing the documentation or the cardholder will be presenting the card at the check-in desk.
