Yes. Eligible tickets which did not earn Qrewards automatically may be retro-claimed subject to approval. Request should be submitted post log-in to the account portal in the Claim Missing Qrewards menu.
Note: Following tickets are not allowed for retro-claim
- Flown tickets issued for employees not listed in the account portal.
- Flown tickets issued on non-eligible fares mentioned in the terms and conditions.
- Tickets flown more than 90 days during submission
