Is there a way to claim missing Qrewards for tickets with passenger name mismatched?

Yes.  Eligible tickets which did not earn Qrewards automatically due to name mismatch may be retro-claimed subject to approval.  Request should be submitted post log-in to the account portal in the Contact Centre page Service Area section within 90 days from the last ticket flown date.

Note: Tickets issued before becoming a member are not eligible for retro-claim.
