What is the time frame to respond to the credit card verification email and what will happen if I didn't respond in time?

If you fail to provide us with a response to the credit card verification email within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and accordingly process a refund to the credit card used for purchase or we may conditionally accept the transaction subject to the credit card verification being successfully completed at the airport at the time of check-in. If you are unable to send us the documents in the stipulated time frame, please call your local office and advise us of your circumstance.
